I can help you break free from stubborn patterns, that get in the way of living a life that actually meets your needs. Trust me, I’ve been there.

For nearly a decade, I analyzed myself to pieces in talk therapy. But I was stuck in the same pattern — chronically burnt out “saving the world.” I was self-righteous, exhausted, and resentful about it, a real martyr. I wasn’t showing up fully as a friend, family member, or romantic partner, which added to the negative self-judgment.

Then I found somatics, body-mind therapy — and it all started to shift. Within just a year of rigorous embodiment work, I had made a huge career move, and I was asking for what I needed in my relationships. I was more playful, mindful, and self-loving. My oldest friends say “they feel like they have their old friend back.” I felt transformed.

I took what I learned, adding my own flavor, and developed a process that helps others break free, every day.

  • With a “centered extension practice,” build self-awareness for when you are being passive (under-extended) or aggressive (over-extended).

  • So you can take action towards your goals in a sustainable way, without overdoing it (burn out) or giving up (collapse).

OK, but what actually are mind-body practices?

They range from physically rejecting someone to body-scan meditations.

One example is this Aikido-based staff “extension practice.” With each mindful movement, it helped me retrain my body to stop always overextending myself. Thats why I’ve done this particular practice >3000 times!
