Hey, I’m Zach! I can help you break free from stubborn patterns, so you can start living a life that actually meets your needs. 

Trust me, I’ve been there.

For nearly a decade, I analyzed myself to bits in talk therapy. But I was stuck in the same pattern — chronically burnt out “saving the world.” I was self-righteous, exhausted, and resentful about it, a real martyr. I wasn’t showing up fully as a friend, family member, or romantic partner, which added to the negative self-judgment.

Then I found somatics — and it all started to shift. Within just a year of rigorous embodiment work, I had left a workplace that asked too much of me, and I was asserting crucial new boundaries in important relationships. Those same friends now comment that “they feel like they have their old friend back.” 

It was transformative for me, it works for my clients, and it can work for you too.

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation

We’ll speak over Zoom so I can get familiar with your goals, and you can get all your questions answered.

Step 2: Release Old Patterns

We’ll use evocative embodied practices to elicit your typical reaction patterns, and use a somatic sensory awareness method for honoring and finally releasing these stubborn patterns.

Step 3: Practice New Patterns

We’ll role play real-world challenging moments that trip you up, so you can retrain your body’s response patterning and find your calm center and act intentionally when it matters most.

Step 4: Transform Your Relationships

You’ll implement these new patterns in meaningful moments at home and work. You’ll walk away with personal practices to help you sustain the “repatterned” you, so you can feel proud of how you show up in your relationships.
